New Product ExampleQuick Fixin'sChallenge: Open a new source of incremental volume to extend a national meat products brand. Actions: Beginning with focus groups, developed the concept for a line of microwavable sandwich fillings. Created formulations, sourced and contracted with a pilot producer, and created packaging. Produced test market quantities, and took them through quantitative testing. Results: Test market consumers who were surveyed gave this product an excellent top-two box purchase intent of 77%. |
